Inventory connection

In order to start promoting and selling your inventory, we have to make it visible and available for sale to our customers in BartsParts. In this process, we agree quantities and prices for each part in your inventory in  a sort of catalogue that can be always expanded or modified.

We facilitate different ways to connect and update your inventory in BartsParts,  subject to the frequency your inventory needs to be updated:

• File transfer: Excel or csv, that you can send us by email
• Automatic exports from your ERP/DMS directly into our sftp server, with a secured account that we provide you
• We currently have some API software connections: Bever, COS and soon others. You can always ask your ERP provider to contact us so that we work together to provide the connection
